HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdn

We had the same problem some months ago. Tray 3 impossible to open + hard rotation noise: the only way is to take the printer of tray 3 then you try to take out the paper that is left (usually this problem happens with the last page left in the tray). You will see that the part that lifts the paper is stuck at the top of the tray. You will notice that a small thin iron staple at the back in the middle of the bottom part is undone. Don't try to put it back into place it has lost it's elasticity. First time it happened we got an new tray from our supplier. We have the same problem now again and our printer is only 11 months old. Fortunately we paid extra for 5 year warranty. It seems to us that this printer is complete rubbish. At HP they never heard of that problem : hard to believe if you see how it is made. They asked us what paper we are using : sorry we use 100 %  of the time 80 gr standard paper.
