Operating System: Other

I'm printing using my phone on the hp app and it prints 5" x 7" photos no problem but when I try to print 6x4" photos on glossy paper, it either doesn't spool or it paper jams. Will not print. I've checked and all printer settings are up-to-date.   Please help

Which phone do you have?

 

May you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the HP Smart App.
