Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

I've been printing on statement-size paper from tray #1.  Everything was going smoothly until I had a huge paper jam.  I cleared that with some difficulty and re-aligned and cleaned the print head.  Now print quality is OK again, but paper won't eject fully, which leads to more paper jams.
