ENVY Photo 7855
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

7855 printer (New) keeps printing on 5 X 7 Photo paper loaded in printer along with 8 1/2 X 11 plain paper. Example: printed a one page email and a 5 X 7 photo paper came out .  How can I stop this from happening?  - John

I need to say that this is happening  under my wife's DESKTOP. When I move to my DESKTOP and print an email  it prints OK.

AND NOW I notice that the small Icons at the top of the 7855 window do not work when I touch them. A touch always brings up the Info  Screen, for example when I touch the  Telephone Icon with my finger the Info screen comes down.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

It could be a setting issue on your Wife's Computer as your Computer is printing fine. Please check which tray is selected on her computer.

About the other issue - does it happen with any menu that you try to access?

Try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16

Let me know if this helps.
