Next,
The Full Feature Software should be installed to provide access to all the features supported by the printer.
Next,
Alert the printer to the paper size and type you are using (Tray and Paper).
Select a supported paper size - if your paper size is not listed, if the option is available, select size "Custom"
Lacking any better option, set the paper type to "Specialty Paper, Matte"
Next,
Printer Properties should be set to default to the driver you intend to use.
Reminder: Windows and IPP print drivers are not the same thing as the full driver printer software.
Next,
The rest depends on the software / application you are using to open, view, configure, and submit the job to the printer.
In general, select the Properties / More Settings / similar option > Select Shortcut and settings.
If necessary, select the Tray / Source as opposed to leaving that setting as "Automatic" (wording varies).

To resolve the issue of HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 not printing on 65lb cardstock, try the following steps:
Make sure you are using the correct type of cardstock in your printer. Some printers are only designed to handle certain types of paper.
Check the paper size setting in your printer properties. Make sure it is set to the correct size of your cardstock.
Adjust the printer driver settings. Look for options such as "Paper Thickness" or "Heavy Stock" and adjust accordingly.
Clean the printer rollers and pick-up assembly. Dust and debris can accumulate on the rollers and prevent the cardstock from feeding through the printer properly.
Check for any paper jams in the printer and remove any paper that may be blocking the print path.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may need to try a different brand of cardstock that is compatible with your printer or reach out to HP support for further assistance.

Thank you Yes before I posted my question I double triple checked The print capabilities specifications My paper falls within that specification of printing between 60 and I believe it was 110 I've printed it on two other colors of paper but it won't print on the brown which is the identical weight.

You are welcome.
True - "colored" paper is an important detail.
Perhaps. even likely, having completed other checks ("every single one") and that other paper works,
"Brown" paper color is not supported --
That just means, the printer might not correctly sense the brown colored paper to complete the task.
All else equal and done, I don't have a different answer.
