I've had it for a while now. Outside of the terrible software, the printer seems to be working pretty well. However, there is one nit that is bothering me. In the paper tray, there's a grey thing that looks like it's a slider to shrink the size of the tray from 14" to 11". However, I can't seem to get it to slide in. That means the paper sits with a gap and sometimes, towards the end of a stack, it slides out and the printer thinks it's out of paper when it isn't. I have to re-stack it, push it in, and get it going.

I downloaded the manual, but it's very vague and I didn't see a discussion of that button. Is there a way to get it to slide in so that it keeps the 8.5x11" paper firmly against the back of the tray?
