I have gone thru all the previous suggested fixes(unplug, plug into dedicated plug, align and clean print heads) and it still isn't printing.  It prints with the aligning and the printer head cleaning but not when I try to print a copy or thru the computer. Just a blank page comes out.  I did have an issue previously that the printer was having issues with the internet but that appears to be corrected.  It does give me an error message that the alignment was unsuccessful but the printout appears correct.
