Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Officejet Pro 8610

Paper jam and all the instructions that follow.

There is no paper jam.  Cleaned the rollers, unplugged, plugged, moved the cartridge carrier back and forth.

Removed rear thing, no paper.  Have had this more than 6 years with no issues other than the occasional paper jam the I've been able to deal with.

One particularly odd thing; when this first happened my software only gave me the option of installing a printer.

Now all the print, scan and fax options are there there but the screen on the printer only warns of the paper jam.
