Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Error message:

The original is jammed in the document feeder. Open the cover, remove and reload the original and try again.

Ive tried everything and cant get rid of this message.

Sometimes a small piece of paper is wound about a feeder or gear.  I ended up buying a label printer as I found that labels tended to come off of the sheet and get stuck on the rollers.
