9015e Need to reattach N16 bottom plate and springs for duplexer

Help reattaching the N16 bottom plate. The springs came off and are inside the machine.  Can I use it without springs, or is there another option. I watched the BCH video of Kevin's; helpful but need instructions. Tks.
