Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The paper tray will not open - due to (i think) the paper pickup being inside the tray. Powering off resets it or simply wait for 2 or 3 minutes  and it releases itself

- really irriating if you want to refeed a page or a different paper - it used to work OK until some months ago (firmwear update ??)

The printer reports the firmwear is up to date and otherwise it works fine
