Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi there

M404dn is good in printing both sides of the paper. But in the last few weeks, there was a problem occurred which said that: "Load tray 1 to print the other side and press ok". This problem is kinda strange cause i cannot find any solution on internet or youtube and it cannot print both sides as usual anymore. Anyone has any fix for this issue? I really appreciate your help!
