Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Laserjet Pro MFP M479fdw scanner is not picking up paper evenly.  The scans turn out uneven and askew.  It also makes a squeaking sound.  HELP

Try to clean the rollers as best as you can.

Try to check if there is any debris or obstructions in the paper path of the ADF.

Manually feed a heavy-weight paper sheet or cardstock paper through, maybe you will push out something.
