Product: HP OfficeJet 5740 e-All-in-One Printer

Bell rings to acknowledge paper has been inserted into feeder but won’t pull paper thru to feed. Get message document feeder not able to pick up original. I cleaned roller as instructed. I shut off. Still won’t feed paper.

If you look closely can you see the rollers try to feed the paper or do they simply slip on the paper?
