Product: HP 8620 all in one printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I used to be able to feed paper into the ADF but some months ago I stopped being able to -- the paper jams within an inch or two of the feed beginning.

Make sure that nothing like  sticky note or paper clip is blocking the feed path.

Thanks for replying but nothing like a sticky note or paper clip is causing the problem.
