My ADF Office Jet 3830 used to work for scanning and copying more than one piece of paper. After cleaning all the rollers, ensuring no paper is jammed, cover is shut right, resetting etc, it worked twice and now it does not. I have tried different types of paper. It's a great printer and I hate to trash it but sometimes i need to copy or scan more than 1 page. Been through all of the HP diags. Thank you.

I understand that you are getting an issue with the ADF on the printer, I am glad to assist you.
If you have tried all the steps mentioned in this HP document:- Click here
And if the issue still persists, this could be a hardware issue.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
