Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Many have mentioned not being able to adjust paper tray. We discovered if you press the grey button on the lower right side...press in and then push up on the tray (carefully. don't pinch your fingers.) That will be how you will make it an 8.5 x 11 paper, to have it feed properly
