Product: Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

My Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw used to Auto Select when I fed a piece of scrap paper into tray 1, but not anymore. I have the 3 options for Auto, Tray 1 or Tray 2 in the paper feed list, but it isn't working. I've updated drivers, etc.

I have seen cases where the printer just gets confused and a factory restore buts it back in working condition. It also possible that the paper settings on the printer were changed and tray 1 is disabled.
