The autofeed is not working on my printer. It does not pick up the paper . As per online advice I have cleaned the rollers and reset the printer. The rollers do not appear to be turning. I have contacted HP support by phone. 50 minutes holding and no reply and WhatsApp. No reply. The printer is under warranty but thats not much help when no one responds.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
