Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I asked a question  on Oct. 10, 2021 on my HPhotosmart 7520 "Automatic Document Feeder" (ADF) will NOT pick up paper, and feed it.

 

I, in turn, received two responses that were dated 2015, and 2016.

 

Neither answered MY question.

 

Which is "Why does the ADF not pick up the paper, after making a lot of noise, leaving an "error = load paper."

 

IS THERE A WAY TO MAKE THE ROLLERS TURN AND PICK THE PAPER UP, AND FEED IT INTO THE PRINTER HEAD?

Are you able to copy from the ADF?
