I am trying to print Avery Label 5163. Avery says print from PDF and when printing to use "Actual Size" in "More Settings" in the print dialog box. Avery also says to the set the printer paper type as "Heavyweight or Cardstock" if the printer does not have a "Labels" setting. I have followed these directions.

The problem I am having is that the printer does not pull the label sheet through correctly and starts prints the labels too high on the sheet. I have printed a test sheet and the labels printed on plain paper are aligned properly. So, the issue must have something to do with feeding the label sheet from the paper tray.

I work as a voluteer for three non-profits, volunteer for Girl Scouts, and help teachers at 2 elementary schools. I have had to throw away numerous misprinted label sheets because nothing is printing correctly. These organizations and I need your help.

Thank you.
