Welcome to the HP Community --
Unfortunately, this likely will not work no matter what you do...
The paper is too heavy.
HP ENVY 5660 e-All-in-One Printer (F8B04A) Specifications
Media weight, supported (metric) | Tray 1: A4: 75 to 90 g/m²; HP envelopes: 75 to 90 g/m²; HP Photo Paper: up to 250 g/m²; HP 10 x 15 cm photo paper: up to 250 g/m² |
What?
The printer does not list that HP card paper or Brochure paper is supported.
If the printer does not support HP Card / Index paper (200gsm) and the printer does not support Brochure / Professional paper (180gsm), (then) heavy paper is not supported by this printer.
NOTE: Business card paper is usually even heavier than "HP Card paper" or "Brochure" paper.
No, you cannot trick the printer by selecting photo paper (supported to 250gsm) - printer knows the difference and will issue a jam message or a setup conflict error.
This just means this Envy printer supports only lighter weight media (paper).
