When I run a print from my PC, it comes out on the bad tray. However I specify the Tray 2 well but the document is presented on the tray 1 with manual introduction of the paper.

Thanks for help

Make sure that you have the paper size and type settings for the tray on the printer matching the document size and type you are printing.

for example: if you have the tray 2 tray set (on the printer itself) as plain type A4 size and your document wants to print on a different type of paper or size of paper it will default to tray 1 and prompt you to insert paper. While commonly people believe that setting the tray to any size any type is a good idea this often leads to the behavior that you are experiencing.

Thank you for your answer, repaitrooper,

I have checked on the printer and the parameters are correct:
Format Pap. default: A4
TRAY 1 format: A4
TRAY 2 format: A4

The settings on the PC are correct:
Format A4
Selection: tray 2
