Whenever I print an envelope from the front feed slot, a BLANK page follows - any ideas how to stop that from happening? I'm using WordPerfect X9 to print the envelope. Thanks in advance for any assistance!

A common cause of this behaviour is having the wrong size setting on the printer itself. This causes the printer to either print another page or run a cleaning cycle as it thinks that either the page was too short and needs more paper or that there might be toner inside the printer and it needs to clean the paper path. It may also be that your program is mistakenly adding a second page that has nothing on it. Best advice is to check any place that you can make a paper size adjustment, including software, driver and printer and ensure that the paper size set matches the actual media being used.
