Product: HP DeskJet 3772 All-in-One Printer

I bought a new printer and successfully printed a congratulations page. Since then, I cannot print a pdf or a word document. I have tried both. It is connected via wifi. The printer sounds like it is going to print (spooling paper), but it never grabs the paper and prints. There are no error messages on my PC. Please help!
