Bourrage de papier

Mon imprimante indique bourrage de papier sur l'écran j'ai tout regarder il n'y a aucun morceau de papier à l'intérieur.

Il ya toujours inscrire bourrage de papier sur l'écran je ne peux pas la réinitialiser en configuration d'usine.
