Product: HP ENVY 6055 All-In-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have had issues with this printer from day one, my last incident I was told it was broken and I needed $250 for a new one. I have four new cartridges of ink now and no printer. I also recently purchased the new HP desktop computer at which now is named HP All-in-One 24-df0xxx by I don't know who which I am planning on returning soon. I need HP to send me a box so that I can send this piece of junk back. A printer should not just break on its own after exactly one year of use.

If i cannot get a box, can someone supply me with an address to send this back as the chances of me ever using an HP product is zero?
