Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got a nasty paper jam in my Envy7155 printer. The paper must have pushed the ribbon into the color cartridge and it wound around the color cartridge snapped and I can see on the r-side of printer, ribbon is broke in places there also. I Do Not want to purchase another printer because this one worked beautifully until this accident. I can't take it to a repair shop because I would have to drive miles and miles. I would like to repair this myself, hubby said he would help if I could get my questions answered. I don't know how community works but I certainly know I need help...Please  AND what is the name of that ribbon? I have watched so many videos and read manuals and not once does anyone mention the name for that tape. Thank you.

Can you provide any photos of the broken part?

 

With your description, it could be calibration strip broken
