Small black gear fell out, broken in half. I see this has happpened to others but conversation archived. Are there any instruction on disasssembling to repaitr please?

most small gears are not available as parts unless someone has 3D printed them and offers them for sale. As far as instructions, unless you have an Enterprise or Pro level laserjet, there are for the most part no manuals available for service. Check youtube to see if someone has posted a video.

Thanks for the advice.  I have the part just not sure how to dassable the printer

My best advice if you cannot find a video is take lots of pictures before removing each piece. Most small inkjet covers are held on by plastic tabs and not screws so you need to carefully pry on panels. You may be able to get an idea of how things are locked together by looking at the interior edges of the covers through any of the opening access doors.
