Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can someone help me please

I'm trying to print business card or photo and the paper gets stock in the printer. 

I have set up the paper type to "ordinary thick paper" but still it jams...  with a funny strange "squeek"

It prints good on regular paper, but not thick paper, like business card, or glossy photo

Thanks for all your suggestion to my problem.
