Product: HP OfficeJet 5741 e-All-in-One Printer

Printer was working fine this morning and now when I turn it on I get a blue screen with error C4E82C3 then goes to a black screen that says: Printer Error. There is a problem with the printer. Turn the printer Off and On.

 

I've turned it off.  I've turned it on.  I've unpluged power, internet, usb to printer.  

Error keeps coming.  Please advise.
