CANNOT PRINT STATES PAPER WRONG SIZE BUT CANNOT CHANGE SIZE

HP OFFICE JET PRINTER 5255.  WHEN I TRY TO PRINT A COPY THE PAPER COMES OUT BLANK.  STATES WRONG SIZE PAPER B UT IT ISN'T.  I CAN PRINT A COPY FROM THE INTERNET WITH NOT PROBLEM.

To better assist you - 

1)Are you able to make copies using the printer?

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices? 

3)What is the paper size and type you are using?

Refer to the printer specifications to know the supported paper size and type
