HP color LaserJet managed MFP E87650

Hello I am trying to find out if the "HP color LaserJet managed MFP E87650" can safely print on Press N Peel Blue Toner Transfer film. I have access to this printer and have always wanted to try transfer film for use in metal etching with acid, whereby the toner acts like a resist on the metal. This printer is at my work and I really dont want to damage it with my project. I read on forum that the old HP 2100 series printers are a favorite for printing on this film because the HP toner has a high plastic content. I worry though that this giant HP E87650 at my work will get damaged if i try it though. Thanks for the help.

Here is a link to the transfer film i would be using.

The printing method used by these printers are identical. If you follow any settings recommended by the paper manufacturer you should not have any issues and barring an unexpected paper jam that you remove wrong there is no expectation of damage to the printer.
