HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 All-in-One Printer

I keep getting a paper jam when I try to print on cardstock paper.  How can I resolve this issue.

First step: Have you confirmed that the card stock you are using is within the range of what the printer can handle in terms of weight.

Step 2: Has this every worked? Often if you are using media that is just on the edge or heavier than what the printer supports it will work well when printer is new but as rollers wear you may start to have feed problems.

Step 3: make sure the rollers are clean and free of paper dust. Rollers can be cleaned using a lint free cloth that is dampened with water.
