Product: HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer

All of a sudden printer saying I must load 5x7 paper.  My main paper tray is full and that's what I want to print from. I rebooted but no luck. How do I get back to printing?  Thanks.

I see that you are not able to print. To assist you better,

  • Which device are you using to print?
  • Which app are you using to print?
  • Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?

  • Try making a standalone copy from the flatbed glass and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
