First time jam in Duplex area.  Can't pull paper out without tearing. Help, please.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, 

 

We understand that unable to pull the paper from the duplexer to Remove any jammed paper that is accessible from the output bin area.

  1. Open the rear door.

  2. Use both hands to remove any jammed paper from the duplexer area.

  3. Close the rear door.
