Laser Jet Pro M251nm
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am getting an error message that the is a Jam in the output bin.  I have opened the rear door several times and there is no paper jam.  I tried turning off the power and was able to get the error message to reset but it keeps coming back.  I read an old help message and tried disconnecting the power cord and holding the off button for 15 seconds.  It seems to have worked but I think the error message will come back like before.  The customer service tech mentioned sending a PM telling how the reset the printer.  Please send this to me.

Try the steps from here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-laserjet-pro-200-color-printer-m251-series/5097632/model/509...

Let's try a firmware update too: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the "Accept as solution" button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
