Cardstock printing shifts ifmage

I am trying to print borderless on heavy photo paper 100# 271gm2, The image prints shifted over with a 1/4" margin at one end. When I print on lighter 80# if prints fine. The printer states it will print on 280 gm2 paper. What do I have to do to make it print borderless without the margin? Thanks.

One idea / place to check...

Printer might be confused.

Media Cardstock is not supported at 271 gsm.

Borderless printing is not supported on "Card"

Printing on photo paper requires that you select Media type photo paper in the print dialog / preferences.
