Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-One Printer

My printer carriage belt decided not to work after I installed 4 brand new cartridges. I get a printer error and it is showing one of my color inks as being the problem. I have done everything that the virtual assistant has asked me to do, however I can’t get my brand new cartridges out. The printer is 3-4 years old and with the quality of HP I expect it to last longer. but am I just supposed to recycle a nice printer with expensive new cartridges because I can’t get anyone to fix it? Help HP. Anything else I can do to get the carriage belt moving? Very disappointed.
