Getting carriage jam message on HP4630 even though there is no jam and printer carriage can move freely. Have tried "hard reset" but this has not been successful. Based on other posts on similar problem, it appears that I need to do advanced reset. Can someone please provide me with the advanced reset instructions. Thanks.
