it’s saying carriage jam. the carriage won’t move. there is no paper stuck anywhere. If I take the inks out the top carriage will move by like jumping over the ink reservoir. It also isn’t pulling paper from the paper bin initially. I’ve followed all troubleshooting steps I could find but most are for the 8500a plus which sound close but under further inspection are not close enough
