la stampante non ha un pannello di controllo l'ultimo foglio di stampa e uscito strappato nella parte e aprendo l'unico sportello superiore esistente quello per cui è rimasto incastrato le cartucce non è visibile il pezzo di carta rimasto incastrato s e qualcuno ha avuto lo stesso problema come lo ha risolto
