Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Cartridge Jam on HP.com they do not tell you about the possible broken Printer Head Gear but you can google it. The video's will show you how to replace this $20 part and you can google the part for purchasing- Amazon or E-Bay. Problem is this small plastic gear cracks or teeth break off or it may just fall out of place. Very poor design. Twice now in 5 months I had to replace mine. My brother also has this same printer and problem.
