Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer

We have an office jet pro 9015 that is saying paper jam and will not do anything. I have removed every piece that i could and did remove some paper that was caught but cannot find anything else inside. The ink carriage is not moving correctly and keeps saying that it is jammed as well. We have restarted and tried other options with no success. Any idea how to fix this?
