Cartridge carriage stalled

HP Recommended
Officejet Pro 9018
macOS 12.0 Monterey

9018 model - HP Smart shows cartridge carriage stalled, printer control panel shows Carriage Jam, print carriage cannot move. Clear paper jam or obstruction. Plus one ink cartridge is slightly popped out & I cannot access it.

@bluebird25, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand you are not able to use the printer due to this error.

Kindly perform the steps mentioned n this document - Carriage jam or E3 error

Also, make sure there are no obstructions in the carriage path, refer to - Paper Jam Error

To know how to replace the ink cartridge, refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges
