Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer

My 9015e All-in-One printer says that there is a paper jam and won't free the cartridges. But this isn't true. I've opened the printer and check everywhere for paper. There isn't any paper inside the printer. Any ideas on how to remove this error so the printer will function again? I see that this has been an issue for years. Maybe it's a HP thing?

I solved the problem. There is a latch underneath the cartridge carrier that was stuck.
