HP ENVY 110 e-All-in-One Printer - D411a

I have 2 HP printers and one is new and neither work. I pulled out the old one because support on the new was unbelievable. I ordered $200 in ink and put black in. It aligned  itself fine and then said cartridges can't move when I wanted to print. There is no paper stuck. I've turned it off and on, checked for anything wrong, reinserted the ink; nothing helps. Help  It is very old and simple but should be working fine.

@FrustratedBroad, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand the print carriage is stuck. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Carriage jam or E3 error

Check if the ink cartridges are properly inserted in their slots - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware failure.
