I see you are experiencing issues with the HP Printer gets Carriage Jam error.
Improper placement or installation of the print cartridges can cause a carriage stall error condition. Follow these instructions to remove the print cartridges. Make sure the printer is turned on. Open the print cartridge access door, and then wait until the print carriage is idle and silent.
