Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Sometimes if HP printer left on standby for a long time and the screen is off, when I go to print an error may occur, it may either fail to print until I reregister a connection to WiFi or print out a blank page instead of the document that should have printed. I can then try again and print a document, but as I use HP Instant Ink I wondered if the machine is printing out a blank page with no printing (text or image) on it, are they still including that page error in the page usage count for that month's billing?
