Product: Officejet 4500 wireless G510n
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Cleaned all rollers but paper pick up roller does not seem to be working

I have the same issue, cleaned all rollers twice, the paper is not picking up at all, do I now throw this printer in the trash?
